"Of making many books there is no end" wrote the Preacher in Ecclesiastes. This is encouraging for me since I am one of those odd people who enjoy writing. Or at least I enjoy having written--the writing process itself can be painful at times!
With God's help I intend to add a few more books to the Preacher's endless bookshelf. May these publications provide enjoyment for you as well as encouragement and practical help. May they also delight the heart of our Heavenly Father and in some small way increase his glory.

Very briefly... My wife Betty and I farmed for many years on Prince Edward Island on the east coast of Canada. In 1991 we left that wonderful world behind us and traveled with our three teenagers across this vast country to the beautiful west coast city of Vancouver where I began theological studies at Regent College. We were later called to pastoral ministry in a richly diverse multi-cultural Vancouver congregation.
From 2005 to 2008 we lived in Turkey where we fell in love with the country and the people. On our return to Canada we settled in Toronto to resume pastoral ministry and boast about our grandchildren.
